Phon Marks develops and provides some automatic apparatus for spring maker at the first decade of administration. e.g. Auto Wire Stand, Spring Length Detector (SLD) and Conveyor Tempering Furnace.

The wire stand (pay off) feeds linear material smoothly, and controls a forming machine to avoid at the risk of tumble coil. The SLD regulates machine while coiling to promote high qualified spring length, and sorts out the failure springs. The furnace tempering springs after they are formed.
